User combo

Allows to introduce a combo with the existing users.

There are a list of elements can be configured in the fieldlet:

Section to view

Indicates where the fieldlet will be in the Summary view of the Topic.

• Details - Shows the fiedlet in the right part of the page.

Row width

Allows to personalize the anchor of the fieldlet in Edit topic.

The maximum allowed value is 12 (100% width of the tab).

Row height

Allows to personalize the height of the fieldlet in Edit topic.

The maximum allowed value is 12.

Hidden from view mode

Indicates if the field will be hidden from the view mode.

Hidden from edit mode

Indicates if the field will be hidden from the edit mode.

Mandatory field

Check if you want the field as mandatory.

Type

Allow to set the type of the field.

• Single - Allows to select one choice of the options available
• Multiple - The user can select multiples choices

Display field

Set the field to show. By default shows the name of the role

Advanced filter JSON

The user can filter by a JSON filter to show only determinated users or filter by project for example.

Roles

You can filter by roles to show only determinated users.

Show system users

Allows to select system users in the topic form.

Inline editing in topic view

User combo fields support inline editing directly from the topic view mode, without opening the full edit form. In the topic view, all user combo fields are grouped under the Assignees section in the right sidebar. A pencil icon appears in the Assignees header when any user combo field is editable.

Clicking the pencil icon opens a mini-form showing all editable user combo fields, each with a user selector matching the topic edit form. Users can be added or removed from each field individually. Save and Cancel buttons appear below the form.

On save, all changed fields are updated and the topic activity is refreshed. Read-only fields or fields hidden from edit mode will not appear in the mini-form.
