Create a new topic

Create a new topic in Clarive with the parameters given in the form.

Parameters that can be configured are:

• Title - The title of the new topic.
• Category - Select the category of the new topic-
• Status - The status of the new topic.
• Owner of the topic - The owner of the topic.

Then, in the grid below, user can specified the values of the fieldlets of the topic. Using the ID of the fieldlet as a Key and the value of the field in Value.
