Link a git revision to the changesets in title

Allows users to link Git revisions to Changesets. Form for configuring the service has the following fields:

• Repository - Select the Git repository where the revision to be attached is located.
• Title - Select the title of the revision.
• Revision - Select the revision that will be attached to the topic.
• Field - Specify the id of the fieldlet (Revision box) located in the Changeset form.
• User - Specify the user that will perform the action.
