Rebase a branch in a Git repository

Allows users to rebase a branch. Form items for configuring the service contain the following fields:

• Repository - Select the Git repository where the branches are located.
• Branch - The branch to be rebased.
• Upstream Branch - Specify the relevant upstream branch.
